Here is the latest picture Janurary 19th. It looks like we should get David sometime in April. The pre-approval from the US embassy was finally given. We must now wait for:
PGN (Guatemalan Gov) - takes approximately 4-6 weeks to get approval
the new Birth Certificate - takes approximately two weeks
filing for pink slip - 48 hours until pink is issued
the pink slip will have your appointment date and time on it, this is anywhere from five to ten days after the pink slip is issued.
